Guests will be immersed in the carnival-like atmosphere of the streets of Latin America, with its reggaetón beats and live Latino band.
Through its innovative menu and vibrant atmostphere, Asia de Cuba will bring its unique style across a multi-level restaurant, bar and terrace.
The menu is a shared dining experience with a mouth-watering selection of dishes, incuding signatures such as Tunapica Tartare with crispy wontons, Spanish olives, roasted coconut and avocado ceviche, 'Ropa Vieja' Spring Rolls with braised beef short rib, Rocoto Sweet & Sour sauce; Roasted Peking Duck with chili herb salad, tortillas and hoisin.
As well as a new dish created especially for Dubai by Executive Chef Luis Pous; Roasted Suckling Pig with black beans, mojo chino and steamed coconut rice, paying homage to the venue's pork license.
Asia de Cuba Dubai's expert bartenders will serve a range of flirty and flavoursome cocktails both in the bar and on the stunning terrace, incorporating a plethora of rich, tropical flavours.
The stylish bar will even boast its own sugar cane machine creating refreshing authentic Latin American classics such as mojitos and daiquiris.
Showcased through the bar and restaurant will be bespoke wallpapers, furnishings, and artworks throughout, each complimenting the warm colour accents throughout.
The terrace will take diners on a journey of Latin wanderlust with its bohemian range of hanging plants, Latin American inspired seating and intimate yet tropical lighting details.
Guests will also be able to immerse themselves in the vintage spirits of Latin America in the Asia De Cuba Lounge, which will host a live Latino band every Tuesday to Friday from 10pm.
Featuring a tropical chic vibe with touches of Latin American charm, the lounge interiors feature an intoxicating blend of tropical hues, aged surfaces and vintage details, exuding a cosy, casual atmosphere.
