Our Italian Chef is a a true cheese aficionado, he has created a genuine Cheese Library with the world's finest cheese selection: handmade mozzarella and burrata straight from Italy and many other treasures from great cheese-making countries (like France, represented in particular by a superb straw-coloured Angelot, or the Netherlands and their famous Gouda with cumin).
Truffles are another product highlighted by the Chef year round. Whether black, white or summer, truffles each bring their subtle, yet potent flavour to many of the establishment’s specialities.
