Description

This celebrated Middle Eastern restaurant presents culinary delights from the Levant region, influenced by the flavours of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria. Café Arabesque at Park Hyatt Dubai offers an exquisite culinary experience boasting the freshest of ingredients infused with traditional culinary heritage.     

Guests are given an extensive menu of Cold and Hot Mezzeh to select from with choices catering to Vegetarian requirements including Hummous, Mohammara, Baba Ghanouj, Warak Enab and Fried Falafel. 

For a heartier selection, guests can opt for the aromatic Chicken Liver, Roasted Prawn Casserole or Lamb Sujuk to suggest a few. 

All of which are prepared with the Chef de Cuisine’s limitless passion and authentic recipes resulting in a culinary journey through the Levantine region.

The journey continues with a delectable main course served from the charcoal grill.

A sharing concept is recommended as the main course is presented in a manner in which you would cater to your guests in the privacy of your own home.

From the Mixed Grill Meat Platter to the Grilled Tiger Prawn Platter, each dish is prepared and presented with the culinary connoisseur in mind.

To conclude the experience, a delightful selection of desserts are sure to tantalise the taste buds.
