Café Rouge was launched in London 1989 by Karen Jones and Roger Myers, real foodies on a mission to recreate great French food and wine.
We celebrate their vision today and offer chef created dishes in all our bistros, retaining our real food heritage of a classic menu with the finest wines.
We are pleased to be serving you with our signature warmth and charm in our first bistro outside of Britain, in the Souk Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai. Bon appetite!
This menu has allowed me to bring both classic French flavours and contemporary cuisine together in one place.
My inspiration comes from a passion for real forever style food, inspired by my mother from an early age.
I’ve used great ingredients and traditional cooking methods to ensure the Café Rouge classics can continue to be the best.
For the record, one of my favourites is the classic Salade du Truite Fumee, the earthy beetroot and smokey trout work wonderfully well together.
