Chef Dayanand Prasad
Chef Dayanand has spent many years working in restaurants located within 5-star hotels, both abroad and in the United Arab Emirates. During his career in Dubai, he has been awarded a gold medal by the Emirates Culinary Guild for the "Middle East Junior Chef of the Year" 2007 competition as well as a bronze medal for the "Middle East Chef of the Year" in 2009.
In his new menu for Chor Bazaar, Chef Dayanand focuses on North Indian cuisine as well as regional dishes from across India, which include a large variety of vegetarian options.
