Hōseki has space for just nine diners and a private dining room for 12 guests.
Chef Masahiro Sugiyama offers guests a two-hour omakase (Japanese for "I’ll leave it up to you”) experience.
Using seasonal ingredients imported directly from Japan, Chef Sugiyama prepares the dishes for you and takes guests on a one-of-a-kind culinary journey.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from 12.30pm until 3.30pm; and for dinner from 6.30pm until Midnight with two sittings at 6.30 pm and 9.30 pm.
