LIMA is the creation of Virgilio Martinez and his partners, Gabriel and José-Luis Gonzalez.
LIMA Fitzrovia opened in 2012, the year of the London Olympics and was awarded a Michelin Star a little over a year after opening.
A new identity was created for the second restaurant, LIMA Floral (in London’s famous Covent Garden) incorporating a bar concept and a more relaxed dining room.
Robert Ortiz is in charge of menu development for the company for the London sites.
