Ambiance
The hall is a proposal that combines rustic details with contemporary decoration. Offering wood furniture, several plants and soft illumination creating a warm environment accompanied the experience.
Bar
Our main ingredient is pisco exclusively made for us, fresh fruit and evolved techniques allowing us to make 100 varieties of macerated chilcanos and personalised and avant-garde cocktails.
What is Pisco* The name Pisco means “bird” in the Inca language “Quechua”.
Pisco is a Peruvian white Brandy that reveals the real fruit flavours from the grapes from which they are made. It is the only spirit in the world made from pure grape juice without any additions of water or oak flavours.
This expressive spirit accentuates the unique flavours of the grapes. Here in this part of the menu we pay tribute to our National Spirit: the Peruvian gastronomy has been evolving for centuries.
The mix and encounter between cultures have created a flavour fusion, ingredients and style making our kitchen a unique gastronomy proposal in the world.
This one of our passionately guarded stories and we want you to live through our restaurant experience.
Welcome to Mayta, Welcome to Peru!
