Description
From a small pub in Beirut’s iconic Hamra street to the heart of today’s nightlife scene in Gemmayze, Madame Om has grown to become a mecca for those looking for a unique fusion of oriental and international dance music.
In a city that is considered one of the world’s top party destinations, Madame Om has become a cult party name attracting an eclectic mix of dance lovers in their early twenties to well-versed and sophisticated music enthusiasts in their late forties.
Ever since she started in late 2011, Madame Om has organized a variety of theme nights including Disco Nights, 80’s Nights, Halloween parties and live sessions.
In early 2017, Madame Om came to fill a gap in Dubai’s party scene; the need for a friendly, come as you are party, where you can dance to the latest chart hits, top dance tracks, hiphop oldies and all time Arabic favorites all in one night.
Within a few months, Madame Om managed to build a fan base that waits impatiently for the monthly pop-up events.
The idea behind Om unplugged came from our belief in real, authentic talent.
Once a month, Om Unplugged will host live sessions with artists and bands from all over the world from Lebanon’s Adonis to Nils Petter Molvaer from Norway; an affirmation of our commitment to creating a unique fusion of international and oriental music under one roof.
