Menus
Ryan Waddell is Head Chef at Reform Social & Grill and brings with him a career built on creating some truly classic Best of British menus in the UK.
The 31-year-old most recently won acclaim for his work at The Canbury Arms and The Hoxton Grill – two classic British venues in London that are renowned for superb food and drink.
Now in Dubai, Ryan intends to make his mark on the city’s culinary scene by taking the Reform favourites from London and then giving them a light, bright twist.
Summer soups and salads will feature prominently, as will fresh fish – from treacle cured salmon to fish pie and catch of the day.
Ryan has been experimenting with flavor combinations in trifles for years and will do the same with local produce along with showcasing unusual British cheeses as the perfect way to end a meal.
Bar
In addition to the vast range of house beverages, Reform Social & Grill Dubai is very proud of our extensive cocktail list. From old favourites to the hugely popular Reform Cooler – there really is something for everyone.
Perfect for pre and post dinner drinks, the bar has also become a destination for colleagues and friends to enjoy after work drinks both at the bar and out on the terrace.
Afternoon Tea
With both a laid back terrace and an idyllic garden, Reform Social & Grill Dubai is an ideal destination for afternoon tea.
Our staff provide the full authentic British experience so start with a selection of delicate sandwiches before moving onto a platter of sweet fancies – all whilst enjoying a cup of the finest loose leaf tea.
For those looking to finish off the afternoon in style there is also the option of a chilled glass of bubbly.
Must be pre-booked with 48h notice and 50% deposit.
Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room at Reform, Social & Grill is the ideal space for a number of celebrations or corporate events. The Private Dining Room holds up to 14 guests seated for dinner or 20 guests for canapés and champagne.
The room is perfect for birthday or anniversary celebrations with friends and family, intimate wedding breakfasts or a business dinner where both quality and privacy are paramount.
The room is available for either lunch or dinner and can be booked for meetings during the day as well starting from 7am till late.
There are a selection of set menu’s available upon request and we are happy to create bespoke packages to meet all budgets.
