IL Ristorante

For the first time in Dubai, Roberto's introduces a long standing Italian culinary tradition, the I Crudi bar, offering only the freshest Mediterranean seafood.

Hailing from northern part of Italy, Milan, Ivan Minuti's DJ session is a sophisticated and eclectic experience, with a multitude of mid-tempo sounds, from Balearic, soul, cosmic and nu-disco vibes evolving to classy up-tempo deep and tech-house.
After taking our DJ Residency, he's signing as sound designer a "tailor made soundtrack" for our business lunch. Together we started a path that led him one of the most adept talents in Dubai scene.
