My passion for home cooked food is one that is deeply ingrained, passed down to me through generations of formidable women in my life.
Over the years these special moments and the sharing of recipes has imprinted a deep passion for food, cooking and the kitchen that is my sanctuary.
The recipes shared with me have made my kitchen a place to welcome a constant circle of family and friends for home cooked meals with cultural influences from the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
In 2012, a time when independent cafes were only just emerging in Dubai, I established Roseleaf to offer homemade goodness with the special touches as you might expect in your hometown.
All fuelled by the best specialty coffee that I could source locally and roasted to order for us every week.
My philosophy is simple: I believe in offering fresh, quality, healthy, crafted goodness that is kind on your wallet.
Add into that a little bit of creativity, innovative touches to traditional recipes and a dedicated kitchen team, and you are sure to find that we’ve managed to create something magical to your taste.
We have two locations; our original one that started it all tucked away inside Dubai Garden Centre; and our newly opened cafe in the Fit Lab building at Emirates Golf Club.

Specialty Coffee is what we do. Small cups. No sugar needed.
Through the espresso machine we have seasonal, single origin coffee as well as an organic options, all batch roasted by local roasters and then crafted with love by our professional barista team.
With Dubai’s specialty coffee scene now booming, we can carefully select the best single origin beans from emerging roasters who we wish to partner with and showcase their craft.
If you are a tea-lover, explore our range of whole-leaf premium T2 tea from Australia, served in our old-school porcelain china teacups.
If coffee or tea isn’t your thing, we have a delicious range of imported boutique sodas and detoxifying, ready-to drink-elixirs from the UAE’s artisanal producers.

Roseleaf is an expression of my heritage, and the result is an evolving selection of crafted sweets and savoury bakes.
Baking is all about preparation, experimentation and wafts of love that should encourage reminiscing about family, grandparents, home comforts and special moments shared with loved ones.
Our menu is rustic, wholesome and focused on a kitchen-to-counter philosophy. We live in a region where most ingredients are available year-round, but where possible we try to work with seasonal and locally grown produce.
From the counter we rotate a range of super salads, healthy bites, good honest sandwiches as well as traditional meals and humble soups.
We push the boundaries to reinvent the classics in order to provide an Australasian cafe menu that is bursting with fresh flavour and just leaves you wanting to come back for more.
