Children under 16 are not permitted in the General Admission Standing Floor Area for standing shows. - Under 16 will need to purchase a seated ticket and they must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over; all parties must have a valid ticket. - Any patron, 14 years or under, must be accompanied by an adult/parent.

Smoking inside the Arena - Coca-Cola Arena is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the Arena is prohibited. - This includes E cigarettes, vapes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. - A designated smoking area is available for all events.
