Age Policy

Guests must be at least 10 years old to participate.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is dive certified.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours or more prior to scheduled event
- 50% cancellation fee will be applied from 72 hours up to 24 hours prior to interaction time
- 100% cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled event
- Rescheduling must be made with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to schedule time.
- A charge of AED90 per person rescheduling fee will be applied if request is within 24 hours of booked interaction
- Rescheduling request is subject to availability
- No Shows are charged full price of booked interaction

Outlet Terms and Conditions

Identification (valid passport, driver's license, or Emirates ID) must be shown upon check-in for your experience. Failure to provide this will result in not being able to participate in the programme
- Bring the original copy of your dive certification to participate.
- As per PADI regulations you will be unable to dive up to 12 hours before a flight for single dives and 18 hours for multiple dives
