Fighting Fit Dubai is a life-changing lifestyle, reality TV show, produced and filmed in Dubai.
The digital series sees a group of everyday workers, of all shapes and sizes, take up the challenge of turning themselves into champions of the boxing ring.
Split into two teams - the Reds and the Blues - the contestants go through some of the toughest fitness and mental challenges they have ever experienced, as they train to face their opposing team at the final Fight Night.
