Description
Guests are invited to sample dishes from all over the world, from the popular Japanese snack Takoyaki, handmade dim sum, freshly prepared sushi and sashimi, fresh oysters, classic tapas dishes such as calamari con chorizo to roasted meats, pizza baked in the restaurant’s open ovens and a Saaj station.
Unique delicacies include special creations such as a lemon soda sphere on caramel ‘soil’, strawberry pesto cider gazpacho or the famous ‘Puffing Passion’.
Guests are also invited to join the chefs in creating selected dishes for a truly interactive experience.
For those with a sweet tooth, the chocolate fountain offers a choice of free-flowing milk or white chocolate, accompanied by homemade marshmallows and fresh fruit skewers.
Families are welcome at the Tapas Brunch, with a supervised children’s entertainment area, cookie-making classes, face painting, balloon artist and a special selection of Friday treats on the buffet.
