Outlet Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you print your tickets before arriving.
- Mobile display of your ticket will NOT be accepted for entry
- Print at Home tickets can be presented at the door for entry, you do not need to go to the Box Office prior to that.
- Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break.
- Any use of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited.

Parking

If you are driving and plan to self-park, there are underground parking spaces available.
- Paid parking spaces in very close proximity to Dubai Opera are available at Green Parking.
- Green Parking is a flat rate of AED 40 per visit starting from 2 hours before the show.
- You can access the P3 underground parking entrance on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, the entrance to the underground parking is located just after the Dubai Opera on the right.

Wheelchair Users

Dubai Opera is accessible to wheelchair users and designated seats are available for wheelchair-bound patrons and their companions.
- Wheelchair bookings can be made via an order form which is available upon request from [email protected]
- Accessible Restrooms
Dubai Opera has accessible restrooms on each level comprising Basement Parking 1, the Promenade Level, Lower Balcony and Upper Balcony.
- Escalators and elevators are available for easy access to other levels.

'Tis the season to don your most festive jumper and get into the spirit with this rollicking treat of a show, Jingle Bell Favourites at Dubai Opera from Thursday 12 until Saturday 14 December 2019.

A family concert of carols and much-loved classics performed by London Concert Orchestra Show Band, Capital Voices and West End soloists.

With morning, matinee and evening performances, expect live entertainment, delicious festive treats from the Opera Café, dancing in the aisles and singing along to all your festive favourites including Jingle Bell Rock * Frosty the Snowman * Baby It's Cold Outside * Silent Night * Santa Claus Is Coming To Town * Winter Wonderland * Let It Snow and many more.

For a holly, jolly Christmas celebration to remember, drape some tinsel, don your best festive jumper and Santa hat and get ready to rock around the Dubai Opera aisles and spread some cheer for all to hear!

Thursday 13 until Saturday 14 December 2019.

Thursday 12 December 2019 from 8pm until 11pm.
Friday 13 December 2019 from 11am until 2pm.
Friday 13 December 2019 from 3pm until 6pm.
Friday 13 December 2019 from 8pm until 11pm.

Times are approximate and subject to change at any time. The show duration is approximately three hours which includes a 20 minutes interval.
