The first programme in the fall 2018 season of Music in the Studio features Joseph Tawadros an Australian-Egyptian composer and award-winning oud player on Wednesday 26 September 2018.
Music in the Studio will continue to create unique musical experiences with a collective of independent artists and musicians, with four world class performances, running from 26 September to 5 December 2018.

Australian-Egyptian composer and award-winning oud player Joseph Tawadros is no stranger to Dubai Opera, giving two rousing performances at the inaugural BBC Proms Dubai in 2017.
Joseph is a warmly engaging performer, presenting a thrilling mix of world music, Middle Eastern music, jazz, classical ranging from traditional to contemporary sounds.

Curated by internationally renowned pianist Amira Fouad, Music in the Studio is set in Dubai Opera’s acoustically flawless studio, allowing for a more atmospheric and unmissable experience between the musicians and their audiences.
