Parking
If you are driving and plan to self-park, there are underground parking spaces available. - Paid parking spaces in very close proximity to Dubai Opera are available at Green Parking. - Green Parking is a flat rate of AED 40 per visit starting from 2 hours before the show. - You can access the P3 underground parking entrance on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, the entrance to the underground parking is located just after the Dubai Opera hashtag on the right.

Safety Measures - Covid 19
UPDATE: For specific performances (e.g. Concerts), all ticket holders will be required to show proof of COVID-19 Vaccination to attend. - Vaccination requirements will be clearly displayed on the Show description page. - Acceptable proof of COVID-19 Vaccine: AL HOSN App / DHA App / Printed Dubai Health Authority Vaccination certificate. - All visitors and tourists to Dubai must show their Government-issued vaccination certificate.
On arrival at Dubai Opera: Customers must provide the accepted proof listed above. Both doses must have been administered and the period for immunity completed: – AstraZeneca – 15 days after the second dose. – Pfizer – 2 weeks after the second dose. – Sinopharm – 28 days after the second dose. Please note that there is a no refund policy if admission is denied on the grounds of not having correct proof of Vaccine and immunity period.

General Health & Safety Measures: - Temperature checks are required prior to entering the building - Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times even inside the auditorium, gloves are optional - Sanitize your hands using the sanitizers provided - Keep a social distance of 2 metres apart - When queuing, Please stand on the sticker placed on the ground - Contactless payments are recommended for tickets, F&B and merchandise purchases - Compliance with the stated safety measures is legally required in all areas within the venue
Precautionary Measures: - We have limited our seating capacity - Only disposable cutlery will be used - Rigorous sanitization routines will be implemented at all touchpoints - For sanitization and cleaning we are strictly using materials which are approved by Dubai Municipality - Sanitizers are placed around the venue - Staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times - Staff temperatures will be checked regularly - Staff will maintain high levels of personal hygiene
