With a new spin on Solo, we are introducing a flavourful family-style Solo Gusto Friday Brunch starting from 19 June 2020.
Solo Gusto showcases Solo’s favourite dishes in abundant sharing portions served in a relaxed convivial setting and offering everything from anti pasti, carpaccio, pasta, pizza and fritto misto to name a few.
Solo Gusto Friday Brunch in Dubai is perfect for adults and children alike, the little ones will have a blast rolling out their own pizza, choosing their favourite toppings and baking it in Solo’s authentic Italian wood-fired oven.
For a more intimate family experience, guests can also choose the private dining area.

Solo restaurant is operating in accordance with governmental guidelines and stringent health and safety measures to ensure a comfortable environment for you and your guests:
- Complying with government directives on social distancing, guest table capacity and table placements adhering to two metres gap.
- Monitoring body temperature of guests and colleagues on arrival.
- Increased regular sanitization of all surfaces and ensuring that all tables are sanitized before and after each guest.
- Raffles’ colleagues equipped with all necessary protective measures, including gloves and masks.
- Providing guests with government approved hand sanitizers.
- Self-parking is available with easy access to the hotel.
- A maximum of two guests who are not family can sit together.
- A maximum of four family members of the same house hold can sit together.
- Guests can dine with us for a maximum of three hours.
- We have contactless menus available via a QR code for viewing on your own device and disposable menus if required.
