The Tasting Class hosts its Eat & Drink Local Dinner at BOCA on Friday 25 January 2019.
Our friends at BOCA have been recognized for their efforts in sourcing locally and collaborating with fishermen and farmers in the UAE in The Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery guidebooks.
To celebrate they are hosting a party created with local and regional ingredients and flavours, including the WINE!
A four-course menu will be presented and we will be there presenting wines from Lebanon, Georgia, Greece and Turkey.
The food is from close to home too and includes salmon from the Fish Farm fisheries in Jebal Ali, wild king mackerel from the Arabian Gulf, local ricotta cheese, raised free-range lamb and camel ice-cream.
