Join us as The Tasting Class leads a tastings of 6 established styles of rosé from dry to sweet, from still to bubbly, from barely blushing to hot pink in colour, and enjoy a heaving platter or nibbles at Lighthouse.
The platter includes:
- Roasted red beets with pistachio–coated goat cheese D N
- Tuna Niçoise salad with anchovies, hardboiled egg, green beans and lemon vinaigrette dressing D
- Burrata with pomegranate, grapes and cherry tomatoes D G
- Fried calamari topped with chili, paprika and lime D S
- Grilled Prawns
