Surrounding a central Ceviche Counter and overlooking the Brassa Grill, diners can enjoy the theatre of the chefs’ skilful preparation of dishes that are served to share in a social and familial style of dining.
Surrounded by vibrant Incan colours, diners have the opportunity to appreciate the bespoke furniture complemented by the antique Latin American artwork.
The Ceviche Counter
The Ceviche Counter sits at the heart of the restaurant and is available for walk in diners on a first come first served basis.
Nine seats overlook the chefs preparing ceviches, tiraditos, causas and salads creating a casual and entertaining dining experience.
The Brassa Counter
The Brassa Counter is situated in the main restaurant and is available for walk in diners on a first come first served basis.
Six seats overlook the chefs preparing dishes cooked on the brassa grill and Josper oven.
Dishes include anticuchos, grilled meats and vegetables.

Coya’s resident DJ, guest djs, live performers and bands entertain COYA's guests and members while mixing the old and the new. A selection of vibrant live music is mainly focused on Latin American rhythms, such as salsa, merengue, tango, bossa nova, bachata as well as other styles derived from a more mainstream genre.
