Ticket sales are final and no exchange of performance dates, times or seats is available once your booking is confirmed.
We encourage everyone to dress up for the occasion!
Please ensure you print your tickets before arriving.
- Mobile display of your ticket will NOT be accepted for entry
- Print at Home tickets can be presented at the door for entry, you do not need to go to the Box Office prior to that.
- Patrons arriving late to a performance will only be admitted into the venue at a suitable break.
- Any use of mobile phones, cameras and other electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
You can access P3 basement parking entrance on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.
The parking entrance is located after Dubai Opera.
The rate for Green Parking Zone is AED 10 per hour for first four hours and AED 20 per hour thereafter.
Dubai Opera is accessible to wheelchair users and designated seats are available for wheelchair-bound patrons and their companions.

Dubai Opera has accessible restrooms on each level comprising Basement Parking 1, the Promenade Level, Lower Balcony and Upper Balcony.
