A destination in itself, DWTC hosts more than 500 events across international trade fairs, mega consumer shows and prestigious conventions - and welcomes​ more than three million visitors from 160 global markets every year.

Whether it’s a large scale conference attracting thousands or a private event for a more exclusive gathering, our flexible space and adaptable attitude makes successful event planning a guarantee. ​

With the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre at the heart of our complex, DWTC is home to the commercial offices of Sheikh Rashid Tower and the Convention Tower.

With our own​ fully onsite serviced accommodation at The Apartments as well as our associate onsite hotels, Novotel and Ibis, a good nights sleep is within arms reach.

The result is a complex fully integrated into the business heart of Dubai.​

Al Multaqua Ballroom
With stylish Arabian décor, Al Multaqua Ballroom spans 1,000 square metres and further expands the possibilities of how you can use the DWTC complex.

From a business perspective it is an elegant conference space with theatre-style capacity for 760 delegates.

For leisure it brings together 770 people for cocktail receptions or up to 420 guests for seated dining.

For more intimate or cultural occasions it continues to be hugely popular for banquets, weddings, private parties and art exhibitions.

Halls 1 - 8
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​These two sets of four halls provide more than 31,000 m2 of exhibition space which we can easily divide into multiple and interlinked smaller spaces.

Like many of our halls, six of these are designed for the largest and most impressive exhibitions. They have a height of 7.5 metres, while Halls 3 and 4 are both 10 metres high.

Sheikh Maktoum Hall
About half the size of Sheikh Rashid Hall, the adjoining 3,859 square-metre Sheikh Maktoum Hall is perfect for banquets of up to 1,580 guests. An ideal conference space, it also divides into four soundproofed meeting rooms, each seating from 300 to 700. 

For mega events, we can combine the Sheikh Maktoum and Sheikh Rashid Halls into one huge space exceeding 11,500 square-metres to host more than 5,000 people banquet style.​

​​​​Sheikh Rashid Hall
​​​​​​​​​​This elegantly engineered,​​ column-free space invites everything from plenary sessions and concerts through to sporting events and theatrical productions. Configured as ​an auditorium, the 7,700m2 sound-proofed Sheikh Rashid Hall provides you with 2,500 retractable tiered seats and a further 2,000 seats on the flat as well as 10 interpretation booths, two green rooms and three backstage offices.

This hall can also be configured to entertain over 5,500 guests cocktail-style or 3,440 guests banquet-style and has the added flexibility to be divided into six large meeting rooms.

Sheikh Saeed Halls
Our newest spaces ​opened in 2009, our four Sheikh Saeed Halls have further cemented DWTC’s position as the Middle East’s largest convention and exhibition venue – and certainly one of the most adaptable.

Sheikh Saeed Halls have expanded our complex by more than 25,000m2​ of covered exhibition area. This includes the impressive Trade Centre Arena.

Through these halls we have aimed to answer both Dubai’s developing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) sector and the entire region’s increasing demand for event space.

As always, your own convenience is at the heart of our thinking. Sheikh Saeed Halls flow into The Plaza and directly to DWTC’s own metro station. The Plaza itself is a pleasant outdoor event space frequently used to host banquets and exhibits during Dubai’s cooler winter season.

Trade Centre Arena
​​​​​The centrepiece of the Sheikh Saeed Halls is the multipurpose Trade Centre Arena - a truly world-class venue and the Middle East’s largest indoor arena.

From international concerts attracting 10,000 energetic fans to every other entertainment and sporting event, the arena’s 9,100 square-metre area and 14 metre high ceilings make sure that every event becomes a majestic spectacle.

Za’abeel Halls
​​​​​​Za’abeel Halls 15,000 square metres are ideal for large concerts with standing capacity for up to 12,000. To make your event perfect and give you maximum flexibility, we can subdivide the hall into three separate spaces.

In Za’abeel Halls​ we can host banquets for up to 5,700 - perfect for lavish weddings and corporate staff parties. It also features a dedicated drop-off area, grand entrance and reception foyer giving you the full red-carpet treatment whenever you need it.

The Bubble Lounge
Our glass-encased and oval-shaped Bubble Lounge is spaciously designed. Spanning more than 797 square metres, the Bubble Lounge accommodates up to 300 guests and has the firm vote of the region’s most established events planners.

Next door to the upper level of Sheikh Rashid Hall, this elevated space offers an intimate setting with panoramic views of the main concourse below.

VIP Business Lounge
Also completely accessible to the main concourse is the VIP business lounge – contemporary in design and including a common area to accommodate all guests. Capturing the aspects of both business and casual relaxation, the VIP lounge comprises a boardroom, private meeting rooms and dedicated restrooms.

As well as a superb space for private networking, the VIP lounge accommodates up to 120 for a lunch engagement or 200 for a cocktail reception. It includes 3 private boardrooms, a teleconference room and has immediate access and proximity to Sheikh Saeed Halls and the Trade Centre Arena.

Majlises
The Majlis has always been an integral part of Arabian life – a place to gather, drink coffee and discuss crucial community issues. ​At DWTC, the Majlis tradition still remains strong – preserving its relevance while ​taking it into the modern context.

You can host visiting royalty and state dignitaries at one of our four Majlis areas, where our experienced team will manage official protocol on your behalf. If your event also requires a separate VIP lounge, we can provide an appropriate venue according to your specific requirements.

To suit your VIP requirem​ents, minimum​ floral decor and traditional refreshments are included as part of our Majlis offering.​

Meeting Rooms
For smaller or more intimate events, make use of our numerous meeting rooms - located on the centre’s first and second floors above the main concourses.

Larger exhibitions and conferences typically require smaller rooms for use during breakout sessions, or for invitation-only gatherings. Our wide range of different-sized meeting rooms are all in close proximity to our main halls. With capacities varying from 20 people to over 200, they serve a variety of functions such as breakout sessions, invitation-only gatherings, board meetings, media centres, training seminars, product launches, and other supporting events.

​Ensuring your use of these spaces is completely interactive, we can equip all our meeting rooms for audio-visual presentations and internet connectivity upon your request.

For VIP options in separate suites we recommend The World Trade Club, located on the 33rd floor of the Sheikh Rashid Tower.

The Plaza
Make the most of Dubai’s superb climate during the cooler months of the year by staging outdoor events at the DWTC Plaza.

Whether it’s an outdoor banquet, exhibitor party or additional exhibition space, the DWTC Plaza offers you al fresco setting with shaded restaurants and cafes. Equally, when y​ou need a few minutes to relax from your indoor event, the Plaza offers the perfect solution.

Set within a 4000m2 space, you’ll find The Plaza conveniently located within easy access to Dubai Exhibition Gate, Sheikh Saeed Halls and Ibis hotel as well as The Apartments.

The DWTC metro station, shuttle buses and taxis are all just steps away, giving you instant access to the city. ​

The World Trade Club
For over 25 years, the World Trade Club has been the ultimate setting for mixing business with pleasure. Enjoy a relaxed exclusive environment and panoramic 360-degree views of the city from the 33rd floor of the Sheikh Rashid Tower.

​Further complimenting our halls, meeting rooms and Al Multaqua Ballroom is the supreme comfort of the World Trade Club. ​​​​​Located on the 4th and 5th floor of the iconic Sheikh Rashid Tower, The Theatre is our most exclusive auditorium.

This 200+, tiered seating venue is complemented by its private setting and bespoke services. Whether you are launching a new product, hosting a live event, premiering a screening or presenting a seminar, The Theatre is the ideal stage.

Complete with a Green Room, Audio-Visual and Projector systems as well as being equipped for catering, valet services and easy access to public transport, The Theatre makes a great addition to our other spaces. ​
