Description
Please note that Safa Park is undergoing disruption during the current construction of Dubai Canal.
Safa Park is Dubai's most popular park.
Although bordered by the busy Sheikh Zayed Road, Safa Park delivers a complete escape from the hustle of Dubai.
This is where families head for picnics, using the permanent barbecues set up around the edge of the park. Children also come to play here in the numerous playgrounds, while couples come to enjoy a stroll or boat ride on the lake.
It is a sanctuary where people come to read books in secret gardens, and runners come to jog around the track.
Particularly on the weekend, Safa Park is alive from morning to night with a myriad of nationalities, Dubai’s Flea Market on the first Friday of each month, bringing with it a real community spirit.
The park is also home to the regular Organic Friday Food Market, where local food suppliers and arts and crafts creators sell their wares.
