Zuma is located in the Dubai International Financial Centre at the heart of the city and in the vicinity of the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.
Following the japanese izakaya style of dining, food is served to share. the dishes are steadily brought to the table creating an informal yet sophisticated style of eating and drinking, with a contemporary twist.
Restaurant
The design was created by tokyo based noriyoshi muramatsu of studio glitt, formerly of the world renowned design house, super potato.
Zuma Dubai balances the six elements of fire, earth, water, air, wood and iron to achieve harmony. the restaurant showcases hand carved granite counters, salvaged rusted-steel walls and a spectacular bamboo sculpture, created from 450 wires and 350 bamboos, which transcends the central void.
Bar & Lounge
The zuma bar and sake lounge have become stable fixtures on dubai's social scene.
As night approaches, the bar and lounge take on another dimension, with an eclectic mix of guests. the ambience is complimented by seductive lighting and the resident DJ's artistic acoustics.
Sake Bar
A signature element of zuma, the sake bar is elegantly finished with antique wood and welcomes you on arrival at the podium level.
Displaying a wide range of spirits and sake, it provides a varying selection of cocktails and zuma classics as well as an extensive list of non-alcoholic and health-boosting cleansers.

An evolution of the zuma concept, which is established in london, hong kong and istanbul. the lounge offers an informal but sophisticated alternative to the restaurant.

Premium Lounge
Spanning the width of the lounge, this premium and semi private area offers luxurious sofa seating and exclusivity whilst still enjoying the ambience of the lounge.
Designed for larger groups. the spacious area is ideal for parties and special events of up to 35 seated guests.
