The general access entry fee costs AED50 per person and grants access to the Fanzone by McGettigan's and Winterfest by McGettigan's - The entry fee is one-time access only. Once a guest exits the venue, a new entry fee will be charged to re-enter. - Each General Access Pass will include AED 50 credit, which is redeemable for F&B inside the venue. - Fanzone Credits and top-up credits purchased by guests are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Refund Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before an event are eligible for 100% refund. Cancellations made 7 days or more before an event are eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days or less before an event are not eligible for any refund. Bank and credit card charges may be applied to refunds.
