The Omega Dubai Desert Classic 2019 30th Anniversary Edition comes to Emirates Golf Club from Thursday 24 until Sunday 27 January 2019.
The 2018 Omega Dubai Desert Classic, won by China’s Haotong Li, was the 29th edition of the event and true to its name, the Major of the Middle East, it saw some of the world’s top golfers compete on the iconic Majlis Course at Emirates Golf Club.
Built in 1988 the Majlis Course was the first grass course to be developed in the Region and hosted the first European Tour event ever played in the Middle East.
From the unforgettable legends such as the late Seve Ballesteros, Fred Couples, Ernie Els, Colin Montgomerie, Mark O’Meara and Miguel Angel Jimenez through to the remarkable talents of today Tiger Woods, Henrik Stenson, Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia, the event has been honoured with the world’s greatest players’ to be titled ODDC Champions’.
The ‘Dallah’ trophy, meaning coffee pot in Arabic, is a symbol of the tournament and represents the traits our Champions have gone through and many more strive to achieve to lift the trophy in victory.

The 2019 Omega Dubai Desert Classic will celebrate its 30th Edition of the tournament, with many exciting new changes and a player field to please all, the event is one not to be missed!
It’s our 30th Anniversary and to celebrate we have discounted our general admission tickets to only AED 75 per day.
Guests can also enjoy a full four-day experience for only AED 250.
The 2019 tournament welcomes an enhanced tournament village, a new viewing platform on the 18th Green and a new F&B area on the 15th Hole.
Practice Days (Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 January) as well as the ProAm Day on Wednesday 23 January are FREE ENTRY for all.
General Admission Season tickets are required for persons aged 17 or over.
