The Red Sun Brunch at Katana takes guests on a whirlwind 25-course tour of three styles of Japanese cooking every Friday.
Starting with a selection of a la carte appetisers, such as delectable salmon carpaccio and tiger prawn tempura.
Guests can then enjoy an array of juicy charcoal-grilled skewers, fresh sushi and other Japanese favourites.
A wide variety of beverages are available.
